I was tired of buying jigs from the store where the colors and skirt quality were so inconsistent, so i started tying my own. I have been tying flies for many years and once i started making jigs I fell in love. I hand paint and tie every Cow Town jig so you can count on a very consistent product across the line up. I grew up fishing the California Delta as well as the deep clear reservoirs of Northern California, so I’ve done my fair share of jig fishing and brought all of my experience into these jigs making what i feel like is the best all-around jigs to get the job done anywhere in the country.
